Christopher-Meloni

Christopher Peter Meloni (born Christopher Peter Meloni) is an American actor who is best known as a star of the well-known TV series 'Law & Order Special Victims Unit. His passion for acting started when he was in college. He studied acting at University of Colorado at Boulder. Though he's appeared in films and on television but it's the characters portrayed on small screens which have earned him acclaim. His ability to portray characters in both legal and non-legal settings has captured the attention of the public. His first project was a TV serial but he later played an officer for the NYPD. His small-screen performances were rewarded with numerous Emmy Awards nominations and PRISM Awards. He is famous for his blue piercing eyes, which have turned into the trademark of his character and has helped him portray tough characters with charisma. He was featured in 2006 when he appeared on People's Magazine's Sexiest Men Alive list.
